Albany board approves plans for Huck Finn's Warehouse
The city Planning Board gave Redburn Development approval last week to start a $65 million overhaul of the Warehouse at Huck Finn.
The project, once completed, will result in roughly 260 apartments, and 45,000-square-feet of commercial space. The approval was first reported by the Albany Business Review.
Skinny Pancake opens in downtown Albany
The Skinny Pancake, the first New York location for a small, Vermont-based creperie, officially opens Thursday, Dec. 9, in a former YMCA building at the south end of the renovated Kenmore complex on North Pearl Street. The restaurant space has been vacant since the Pearl Street Pub vacated it in 2016 to move across the street
