Chris Colwell has over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate and Project Management industry. He has an extensive investment and rehabilitation portfolio as well as experience developing efficient processes and managing large, complex projects. He began his career out of high school, enlisting in the US Army as an Infantryman and evolved into positions including Platoon Sergeant and Drill Sergeant. Leading soldiers in combat and training, Chris has a vast understanding of management. After serving in the military, Chris attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mathematics and Business. Prior to joining the Redburn team, Chris held executive positions overseeing Engineering and Facility Management. In his position at Redburn, Chris ensures strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and enhancing processes.
