Anthony Scandariato serves as Chief Financial Officer of Redburn Capital Management LLC. Anthony is responsible for the management and supervision of the Company’s day-to-day financial operations including its accounting processes, internal and external reporting and treasury functions related the company’s real estate funds and activities. Additionally, he is responsible for the Company’s audit engagements and commercial banking relationships. Anthony is CPA with over 30 years of real estate experience. His responsibilities include portfolio and asset level reporting, due diligence work, prepare operating budgets, prepare projections, strategic planning and other asset management and corporate functions. He has been exposed to commercial retail, office, industrial and multifamily product. Prior to joining Redburn, from 2010 through 2018, he has worked in a senior financial capacity with various family offices at Baker Companies, Amtrust Realty Corp and Advanced Realty Group. From 1986 to 2009 Anthony served in various financial functions at both Public and Private Companies. Most notably, Anthony held positions at FC Ratner Companies, Apollo Real Estate Funds, The Gale Company and Corporate Property Investor. Prior to joining the private sector, Anthony worked in Public Accounting. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
