In her role as President of Redburn Development Partners and Stratus Property Management, Elizabeth oversees all day-to-day operations across the firms, including management of the full commercial and residential portfolio. Her responsibilities span asset and property management, development strategy, vetting and underwriting new projects, and overseeing design, marketing, and leasing efforts to ensure both financial performance and long-term value.
Prior to merging with Redburn, Elizabeth served as Chief Operating Officer of Sequence Development and Management, where she oversaw all company and property operations. In that role, she led project interiors and design, managed historic tax credit and grant applications, and directed both commercial and residential leasing efforts, along with broader operational and development initiatives.
Before transitioning fully into real estate development and management, Elizabeth was the Founder and Executive Director of the Downtown Troy Business Improvement District (BID), a not-for-profit community development organization widely cited as a critical driver of Downtown Troy’s economic turnaround. She led the BID through its complex formation process, building overwhelming community support, and grew the organization’s budget fivefold. Under her leadership, the BID gained significant regional and national exposure through the creation of a highly successful special event series that brings more than 100,000 visitors to Downtown Troy annually.
Elizabeth remains deeply engaged in civic and nonprofit leadership throughout the Capital Region. She is the immediate past President of the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District, currently serves as Communications Chair of the Troy Albany Youth Hockey Association, and has previously held board positions with the Rensselaer County Historical Society, the Troy YWCA, among other community organizations.
Prior to moving to Troy, Elizabeth worked in luxury hospitality in New York City, Washington, DC, and Tokyo, Japan. She holds a degree in Costume Design and is the mother of three active children—Avery, Luca, and Parker.
