In her role with Redburn, Elizabeth oversees property management, marketing and project design. As COO of Sequence Development and Management, before merging with Redburn, Elizabeth oversaw all day to day company and property operations, designed all project interiors, handled historic tax credit applications, grant applications commercial and residential leasing and more.
Before jumping into the field of Real Estate, Elizabeth was the Executive Director and Founder of the Downtown Troy Business Improvement District (BID), a not-for-profit community development agency, one of the entities sited as critical to the economic turn-around in Downtown Troy, New York. Elizabeth led the charge through the complex BID formation process and was able to gain overwhelming community support for the initiative. Her work at the BID grew the organization's budget 5 fold and gained the city priceless positive exposure through the development of a highly successful special event series that brings over 100,000 people Downtown Troy annually.
Prior to her work with the BID, Elizabeth owned and ran a successful retail and interior design business. Her experience as a street level small business owner gives her valuable perspective in downtown development. Before moving to Troy, Elizabeth worked in luxury hospitality in New York, Washington DC, and Tokyo Japan. She holds a degree in Costume Design and is the mother of three active children – Avery, Luca and Parker.
